  • Why should I stage my home?
Staging a home is a great way to sell for more money, and fast! Staging accentuates a home's best features and downplays its flaws. Done right, staging your home creates an emotional connection so that potential buyers are able to visualise themselves living in the space, ultimately leading to a faster sale at maximum value.
  • Why should I choose Mainstage NZ?
Our skills and hand curated collections of furniture and furnishings allow us to customise each space – each property is a one-off, we style with personal touches using vintage and retro accents the buyers will hardly realise it’s staged even when they are viewing other properties with standard staging. This is our point of difference.
  • What styles do you stage?
We can accommodate any style and size of house. We have a varied style profile which sets us apart from others. From contemporary to modern retro and vintage style accents that will ensure that any home can be styled to suit potential buyers.
  • How much does it cost to stage?
Again, this varies depending on the size of your home and other factors. However, our prices start from $2600+gst for 5 weeks, for a standard 2 Bedroom house. This is an all-inclusive price for 2 bedrooms, 1 lounge, 1 dining room, bathroom and a kitchen. Our pricing includes our expert team of stylists to prepare all of the required furniture, art, soft furnishings and decor accents for styling, transportation, maintenance, pack up and removal. Note that prices may vary during peak times.
  • Do you provide staging services for Owner-Occupied Homes?
Yes. These are what we call 'partial' stages. A partial stage will include advice on presentation and a plan will be devised clearly outlining what the owner should remove and what should stay. Mainstage will then work their magic behind the scenes and any additional furnishings, art or furniture that our designers have selected to enhance your property will be bought along on staging day.
